Xanadu is an interesting exercise sustented in a five dwells aligned, with an exterior enclosure covered by an transparent skin as envelope.

It has three floors with the next areas within each ones:  The ground floor has the main services zones such as parking garage, service room w/bath, laundry area and service patio.

The first floor ( second level ) has all the home public areas with the living room, dinning room and kitchen. Also it contemplate a visitors half bath  and a hall adjacernt to the main stairs. It is important look the back stair betwen the kitchen and the service patio.

The second floor  (third level) has all the private areas such as master bedroom & master bath, two bedrooms with baths, family room and stairs with hall.

Finally ,at the roof we find a studio and recreatives areas with jaccuzzi, front and back terraces.

From there, it has some of the best views in East and West toward the city.
